During our discussions about magnetism, we discovered that a compass will always point toward North. Does this mean that the Earth is a magnet? This week we've begun to explore the world of magnetism and electricity. We've looked at what we know... 'Electricity and water do not mix' 'Magnets stick to metal' and what we want to know... 'How do magnets 'stick'? How to magnets work? How does electricity work?' Here is a quick snap shot of everyone exploring in class! Hopefully, over the next couple of weeks we might be able to learn the skills we need to find out the answers to our questions!
